Q: What materials do you use in your jewelry? A: I work with high-quality materials including genuine pearls, Ethiopian opals, and other carefully selected gemstones from quality vendors. My necklaces feature either gold-filled and sterling silver findings, quality silk cord, and beading wire. 

Q: Is your jewelry really handmade? A: Yes! Every piece is designed and carefully handcrafted by me. 

Q: Do you offer different clasp options? A: Absolutely! You can upgrade your necklace clasp for 50% off when you add both a necklace and your preferred clasp to your cart. The discount applies automatically at checkout. If a piece you are interested in already has an upgraded clasp but you want to swap it out, just contact me at help@ingavaughn.com.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: I ship within the United States with standard processing times of 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping? A: Yes! If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact me at help@ingavaughn.com and I'll do my best to accommodate rush orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, I ship within the United States only. I plan to expand to international shipping in the future.

Q: Do you create custom pieces? A: I love creating custom jewelry! Please fill out my custom order inquiry form or email me at help@ingavaughn.com with your vision, and I'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Q: How long do custom pieces take? A: Most custom pieces take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. I'll provide a specific timeline when we discuss your project.

Q: What do custom pieces cost? A: Custom pieces typically start around $75, with final pricing based on materials and design complexity. I'll provide a detailed quote after our consultation.
