Returns & Store Credit

I want you to absolutely love your Inga Vaughn jewelry! If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit toward an item of equal or greater value.

To be eligible for store credit, your piece must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return: Simply reach out to me at help@ingavaughn.com and I'll take care of everything! Once your return is approved, I'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with clear instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting me first - I won't be able to process returns that arrive unexpectedly.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If anything is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact me immediately at help@ingavaughn.com so I can make it right.

Items I can't accept for return:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (since they're made just for you!)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • One-of-a-kind designs

Exchanges The quickest way to get exactly what you want is to return your current item for store credit, then place a new order for your preferred piece.

The Return Process Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll let you know if it's approved. If everything looks good, you'll automatically receive store credit to use on your next Inga Vaughn purchase!
