Amphora Pendant

The Alexandrite Amphora Pendant combines an ancient vessel shape with a stunning lab alexandrite.

Amphoras were historically used in antiquity to hold and preserve precious goods. It is a symbol for abundance and prosperity. I sculpted this mini vessel to reflect keeping your intention close to you. Set right in the center is a 6mm lab alexandrite that changes from cool teal in natural daylight to a warm purple and sparkles of red under indoor lighting.  

I originally made this as a custom piece, but after sharing clips of me making it, so many of you asked for one that I knew it needed a spot in the main collection.

I hand-sculpt every pendant so no two are ever completely identical. If you want to customize this with a different stone type or size just let me know. 

Each piece is hand sculpted and fired to order in my Connecticut studio. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your piece to be crafted, polished, and shipped.
