A tiny hand-sculpted acorn in tribute to my infamous nemesis, Frank the squirrel.
If you've been following me for a while, you know the history between Frank and me. He spent all summer taunting me and accosting my birdfeeders with truly impressive determination. Once I got my new feeder, Frank finally gave up on the birdseed buffet and returned to nature as a fully adapted, regular squirrel, foraging actual acorns again.
This pendant is my tribute to him and his incessant determination: a little reminder to never give up on your dreams. Even if, like Frank, you eventually need to find a different route.
Each acorn is individually hand sculpted, so no two are the same. The cap has a knurled satin finish, contrasting with the mirror-polished nut below.
This is a limited edition of just six bronze and two silver pendants.
