The Pearl in the Oyster
The Pearl in the Oyster
Grit and Grace.
Born from a desire to find beauty in the raw and overlooked, this artifact began as a hand-sculpted study of a New England oyster shell. It has been kiln-fired into solid bronze, capturing the natural "grit" of the textured exterior, and finished with a single, lustrous Peach pearl—a symbol of the grace that follows the work.
This is a substantial, weighted piece designed to be a tactile reminder of resilience. Whether worn as a solitary charm or layered with other artifacts, it carries a quiet, coastal strength.
